Proteomics Center represented at ASMS 2017 Indianapolis

Talk by Jeroen at the annual ASMS conference in Indiapolis – see this link for the full and exciting scientific program!

New paper on USP7!

Our paper on the characterization of novel molecular targets of the ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7) is out now in Science Advances. Great and fruitful multi-omics collaboration with the Verrijzer Lab at Erasmus MC.💪

Paper in video journal about our ubiquitin work

The Journal of Visualized Experiments has published a video article on the sample preparation and analysis of diGly peptides from ubiquitinated proteins featuring our lab. Watch the full video here.

SARS-CoV-2 detection using proteomics

Finally out! Paper on the detection of SARS-CoV-2 proteins by targeted proteomics in PLOS ONE. There is still a version of the manuscript on bioRxiv as well.

Mission statement

The Proteomics Center develops mass spectrometry based proteomics technology and brings proteomics expertise, methodology and instrumentation to researchers in the life sciences.
