How to start a collaboration?
Researchers from within Erasmus MC and from other academic institutions can make use of the expertise and services provided by the Center. Services and projects undertaken will be on a collaborative basis, which will be expected to result in co-authorship. Charges include reagent costs only - the Center realizes no profit (download the fee schedule

Available techniques
For identification or your proteins and / or their posttranslational modifications, we provide mass spectrometry analyses, including:
| » | Proteolytic digestion (in-gel, 'in-tube-gel', or in-solution) |
| » | Sample clean-up and pre-fractionation by isoelectric focusing (IEF), strong cation exchange (SCX), strong anion exchange (SAX), etc. |
| » | Phosphopeptide enrichment by TiO2 |
| » | Nanoflow (multidimensional) LC-MS/MS(/MS) (mass spectrometers: LTQ, LTQ-Orbitrap, Q-ToF) |
| » | Intact protein mass spectrometry / native mass spectrometry (mass spectrometer: Q-ToF) |
| » | Database searching (search engines: Mascot, GPM, ...) |
| » | Data analysis and reporting of data (spreadsheet or web-interface). Additional informatics services and use of in-house developed software are optional |
How to deliver your samples?
You can download the protocols for sample preparation and delivery here.
If you are familiar with the procedure, you can directly
deliver your samples at our Center (Room Ee-679 or Ee-626)
